Current state of the project:

The game itself is finished. I finally was able to get in touch with both original authors. Unfortunately they cannot agree on some distribution concept for Elite for PalmOS. They cannot agree on the Freeware release, nor on a shareware or commercial release.

Unless they can somehow agree on some distribution scheme, i am unable to release the game to the public.
